Chief Complaint: menoxenia and increasing apocenosis from vagina for about 4 months. Present Illness: The patient used to have regular menstruation, the amount normal and no menalgia. Menache came on 12yr. The menstrual cycle is 5d/30d. LMP : 11/2/2015. G2P1A1. Four months ago the patient was found menoxenia without any obvious causes, manifesting as an increase of menstrual period and spotting bleeding form vagina during menstrual interval. She felt no tidal fever or night sweating but found increasing apocenosis from vagina, which was white and watery without any blood or strange smell. She received no therapy since then. Two month ago the B ultrasound test in No.3 People’s Hospital of Xiaogan City indicated: endometrium is thickened. One month ago the diagnostic curettage there indicated malignant disease. The pathology report of our hospital showed that: Atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, part of which had carcinomatous changed- mostly highly differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma and some seemed like mucinous adenocarcinoma Now the patient came to our hospital for further treatment and was admitted as “endometrial carcinoma”. Since the onset of the disease, the patient’s spirit, appetite and sleep are normal. Stool and urine are as usual. No obvious weight and physical strength change.
4. Special examination: normal volva and vagina, found white purulent discharge, moderate cervical erosion. anteversion of uterus about a female fist size. No adnexal mass found. 5. Accessory Examination: 15/3/2015 the B ultrasound test in No.3 People’s Hospital of Xiaogan City indicated: endometrium is thickened, with heterogeneous echoes; 22/4/2015 The pathology report of our hospital showed that: Atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, part of which had carcinomatous changed- mostly highly differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma and some seemed like mucinous adenocarcinoma
