Chief Complaint: Diagnosed as ALL for more than one year. Present Illness: This patient came to our hospital because of fever on Feb. 2014. Bone marrow MICM test indicated B cell lymphocyte leukemia. He was regarded as on the medium risk because of high minimal residual. He was given CCLG2008 chemotherapy. Nowadays he has finished the inducing remission course, early enforcement therapy, delayed enforcement therapy I-VDLD, delayed enforcement therapy I-CAM and middle sustained therapy. He finished delayed enforcement therapy II-VDLD and now is in the state of bone marrow suppression. Three days ago the patient got fever with the highest temperature 39.3℃. After some medication his temperature decreased slowly. Now the patient has no fever, cough, abdominal pain, diarrhea or other uncomfortable feelings. He was admitted in our hospital as “ALL” for further chemotherapy. Since the onset of the disease, the patient’s spirit, appetite and sleep are normal. Stool and urine are as usual. No obvious weight and physical strength change.
Special examination: Spirit clear. Trachea in middle. No swelling of general superficial lymph nodes. Pharynx is congested.Contour symmetric. Respiratory movement regular. Both sides normal. No moist or dry rales, no pleural friction rubs. Liver and spleen are not palpable. Kidneys are not palpable. No percussion tenderness over kidney regions. No shifting dullness
